However, the casino later used this as a reason to block his account. The player had provided a screenshot of the chat as evidence, but the casino disputed its validity. After a thorough investigation, we found that the player's claims were suspicious due to the similarity of his case with other complaints and the sharing of the same screenshot. We concluded that the casino had acted within its terms and conditions.
