I won 800 eur.I made withdraw tuesday anf if asked them where is my withdraw they say its taking time more 48 hours.what that mean.im afraid i dont get the money becuse its third day.Usually normaö casinos make withdraw 24 hours .

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

Its fully vertification done long time ago.ok i wait but i think its not fear if i win then i havd to wait so long but if i deposit then its all ok.I think tvat cadinos should be to tell to clients that before deposit

However, I will set the timer for additional 10 days allowing to casino two full weeks to process the payment and if there’s no development by then, we will intervene.
