Games and site unfair, suspect games are fixed and some phoney. Promotions seem to good to be true and everyone I've been apart if showed it to be true. Streak daily gift bonus promo, when all they way to 62 days strait. Once I deposited a certain amount to gain access to largest gift avaliable and also just day shy of not only that but that also becoming gold on day 63. Went onto site to collect daily gift only to find streak was gone, confused I tried everything finally trying support only to be continuously being phantomly cut from chat once getting to real person chat, over and over, wife tried on her account and was immediately connected, once she questioned sites ethics all sudden my chat worked only to be given run around and not one person willing to give me reason for streak being removed as I followed every term and conditions just blaming sites automated system stating that it had its reasons and never fails, I asked for transcripts of transactions and game play for entirety of streak to see where I failed to meet terms and asked for review only to be told I must have failed somewhere or else streak would still be avaliable. I asked them to question each term and I would answer with proff if possible that terms where met, each one was met but still told system can not be wrong it had a reason and it was fair. Nothing given to repair or resolve issue, I desided to investigate further to see, I let account slip back to lowest level bronze before previously at platinum, only diamond was left to reach but term to high to try before this. I asked for freespins daily and was given them at least every second day with out consistent deposits and even when deposits very small, each level access and free bonuses slightly better and only gold level reached vip support access given, that is when promos got bigger and deposits asked of also, free bonuses not as frequent and even when got smaller, questioned it and told system gives them out according to account, play and deposits and assured it was working and fair and threw a bonus at me to make me happy, constant emails now being sent with promises and perks of hitting diamond level, again moved up and once there, promiced better promos, bonuses, money back weekly, monthly, personal vip support member, so much, so i figured id see. Took almost 4000 dollars in deposits in just a couple days to finally hit level, once I did everything came out, games started glitching when I would be winning, randomly raising bets to crazy amounts when on auto spin to point almost losing everything, when questioned blames games and called lier, no more free bonuses given always given the deposit first your account is in negative for free spins, deposits failing, promos not being honored and given fake excuses each time, contacted everyone I could to resolve and given no reasoning or answers just as if my emails and messages not being read and given what seemed to be auto responses that seemed automated, when asked if was bot given reply that they where real and tested it and responses were emotionless and exact to 4 others when asked similar questions. Asked if slots real and if fair told they where but tested out and when bonus active slots would hit and hit and hit, when wagering got lower and lower wins followed trend and once wagering complete slot would not hit again, tried multiple times trying different things, changing bets, switching games, taking long breaks, clearing cache and cookies but same thing happened each time, any the very few times it did not would get the slot qlitch happen and money would vanish.
