The player from Japan had deposited approximately 900,000 JPY at Yoju Casino, and after increasing the balance to 1694645 JPY, the withdrawal request was declined without any given reasons. All KYC and other necessary documents had been approved, which created confusion regarding this refusal. This had been the player's first withdrawal attempt at Yoju Casino. Despite our efforts to assist, the player did not respond to our follow-up inquiries. As a result, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

Hi, casino guru


I made a deposit of approximately 900,000 JPY using EcoPayz and credit card at Yoju Casino. 

After that, when I applied for a withdrawal at EcoPayz with the balance increased to 1694645 JPY, My withdrawal request was declined for no reason.


 I inquired about this matter via chat, but the only explanation I got was that they were checking the response from the finance department, so I couldn't understand why my withdrawal was being refused. 


All KYC and other documents have been approved. 


I have not committed any fraudulent activity, and this seems to be an unfair and malicious case of withdrawal refusal, so I will consult with casino guru.

This is my first time making a withdrawal at Yoju Casino.


Initially, I tried to withdraw money through a virtual currency wallet, but I was advised to withdraw money through EcoPayz.


The last time I contacted them was on March 22nd, and I was only told to wait for a response from the finance department. Communication with the casino was sent via email address.
