Would give less than 1 star if I could don't waste your time or money depositing into this casino! I started playing yebo casino with their R350 no deposit bonus. The wager requirement was 24000 with a maximum cash out of R500. I then completed these requirements and proceeded to win R500 withdrawbable money and the bonus funds was removed from my account. I played the R500 to win R7500 this showed withdrawable on my account. After initiating the withdrawal of R7500 I was only given R500. Which I'm still waiting for. The rest of the money was scrapped. Don't waste your money here they are quick to get you to deposit but when it comes to paying customers what they have won they have many problems. In conclusion yebo is a waste of time and probably just a scam to steal your banking details to resell them online don't waste your time.
Dear Nicholas,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. Could you please advise if you have deposited any funds into your account? Have you completed the account verification successfully? Was the withdrawal of R500 approved and sent to you or it’s still pending inside your account?
I hope we will be able to help you to resolve your problem as soon as possible. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Petronela
My account is verified and I got the R500 today I have made more than one deposit and have played more than one bonus after depositing. I'm just upset that I spent the R500 I won from playing through the bonus because if I lost I would have got nothing but because I won R6500 with it they don't want to pay me. It showed withdrawable in my account and my payout was initiated for R6500 but but when they processed it they only paid R500 after reviewing the bonus ts and cs I still come to the same conclusion that I was robbed of 6k.
Dear Nicholas,
I have checked general terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://www.yebocasino.co.za/terms:
"Any free money bonuses that do not require a deposit amount have a maximum cash-out limit of R1,000, or 10 x the bonus amount. This applies to loyalty bonuses, VIP bonuses, comp points, birthday bonuses, compensation bonuses, non-deposit coupons, tournament and competition prizes, etc. Both minimum cash-in requirements and minimum first bonus wagering requirements apply.
For the purposes of security, any winnings acquired from a free bonus or free tournament can only be cashed in after the Player has placed a minimum deposit of R50 into their account."
Could you please confirm that your Free Bonus had a value of R350? Ideally, please forward its link if the promotion is still visible on the website. How much you have deposited afterwards?
I deposited a total of R75 and that is correct the bonus was for R350. The coupon is NEW350. Here is a link I'm not sure if it will work. https://www.playcasino.co.za/goto/yebo-casino.html
If I understood correctly when you have placed first withdrawal request, you still have left funds in your account. It was just a partial withdrawal, is that correct? If this is the case, all your winnings, even after requesting a withdrawal, were accumulated from No Deposit bonus with a maximum cash out applied. Let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked, otherwise, I’m afraid I will be forced to reject your complaint. Thank you in advance for your reply and understanding.
Dear Nicholas,
We are extending the timer by 7 days. Please, do not hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance or help, otherwise, we will reject your complaint.
No after placing my first withdrawal request I was left with nothing in the account, I iniated the withdrawal for 6500 and I only received 500. 10 times the bonus amount would be 3500. I did not receive that on top of that I deposited R75 of my own money which I didn't not receive on my withdrawal either. I also played with this R75 and won some money which I also didn't receive. I only received R500.
I’m really sorry, Nicholas, but I still don’t understand the whole issue. In your first response you wrote:
"I started playing yebo casino with their R350 no deposit bonus. The wager requirement was 24000 with a maximum cash out of R500. If you have withdrawn R500 (maximum cash out) from where another R500 which originated R7,500 came from?
Hi petronella so this is what happened. I played the no deposit R350 bonus with a maximum cash out of R500 it had a wager requirement of R24000 after reaching this amount I had R11000 in my account, my funds then automatically reset to R500 and I was no longer playing the bonus. I could then withdraw this whole R500. And I was no longer playing a bonus, I then proceed to play the R500 to win R7500. At which point I made 2 deposits of R25 and R50 respectively to be able to withdraw my winnings.
Please understand that from the point you trigger any promotion until you request a withdrawal, your bonus is active hence, bonus T&Cs, including maximum cash out, apply. When you have completed wagering requirements for No Deposit bonus, your winnings were capped at R500 and became withdrawable but you continued playing, is that correct?
When did you request a withdrawal? Was it only at the end after placing 2 deposits?
