I deposited $1000 into this casino, played slots and it increased to $1738.


I applied for a withdrawal. The casino refused my withdrawal request and told me to wait 2 weeks to run a provider check. After that, I applied for withdrawal many times over the next 40 days, but they continued to refuse.


After that, the withdrawal request remained pending and the funds were not withdrawn. It's already been two months since I applied for a withdrawal for the first time. However, the money has not been withdrawn yet.


When I contact support, he says, "I'll pass it on to someone." But things remain the same.
