The player's winnings were removed for playing restricted games. Casino didn't respond.

I did absolutely nothing wrong, I used a 100% deposit bonus and played just like normal. I haven't bought any bonus games or done anything wrong. We are accused of having played a blocked slot while I was playing with a bonus ( how is that supposed to work ) my withdrawal was canceled and my 2000 euros removed from the account.

We think that restricted games for bonus play should be blocked, and this rule enforced at software level, i.e., that the casino's software or website shouldn't let players place bets on the games that are not allowed to be played while completing the bonus wagering.
Could you please advise if it was your first redeemed bonus in this casino?

you cannot play blocked games with active bonus on the site. You then have no credit in the slot. I used a 100% deposit bonus and wagered it completely. After that I played Razor Shark in the locked slot. I had already wagered my bonus and it is no longer blocked because it was all raw money.
The casino has now removed my 2k from the account and emailed me that I broke the terms and sent me my bet history as proof where all you can see is that I played Razor Shark.
As you wrote above it sounds to me like a standard way to scam people and not have to pay out money.....
I checked the whole thing again and apparently you can still play the slot with a bonus.
Why is that even possible if you have a bonus?
Those were still the last few euros that had to be wagered for the bonus that I earned in the slot. Then why can't you meet the player to let him win? I got all the winnings I wanted to withdraw from an unlocked slot and lost everything else too. So I didn't receive any winnings from the "locked" slot and as I said, these were also the last few euros that had to be wagered in order to wager the bonus 100%
