I won €842.00 through my deposit at Woopwin. I wanted to have this paid out. Lt. Woopwin should do this within a maximum of 48 hours, with immediate payment being advertised. Well, I waited from Saturday until last night, when I asked the support, which is more than difficult to reach, my withdrawal was in process and should be credited today. Yesterday evening I received an email asking me to verify myself, although Woopwin actually pays out up to €2,000.00 without verification. I did that, too, and after countless attempts, it finally worked. When I asked this morning I was told I would have to wait at least 48 more hours. I ask for examination. In addition, more than €100 are frozen in my account, which I can neither use to play nor withdraw.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved by the casino, still, if you don’t receive your winnings by then, please, let us know and we will try to help you.

I am patient. However, I have the info that withdrawals below €2000 are paid out without verification. This is a three-digit amount. I have uploaded all the documents, two bank statements, one with the address and one with the receipt of wages, as well as the tax assessment for the car.
