Hi I was only cashing out 35euros sent all my information to verify account it was accepted .Then told my bank wasn’t accepting refund my visa payment just vanished from my account now told to put minimum payment method to unblock for withdrawal

Do I understand it correctly that your withdrawal has been cancelled and winnings put back to your account? Have you accumulated your winnings from a No Deposit bonus?
