Stay away !! They won’t pay your winnings. 


Had made some wins, and they dont want to pay with the reason that I had made the winnings with a bonus. 


Not correct, since i have played the warning amount out. And the bets have been accepted


since I have been reading the reviews of other players, its clearly that this casino is unfair and incorrectly.

thanks for your reply.


they keep telling me that I have made the winnings with a bonus. And that i have made bets more than €2.


I played roulette, I have been playing the waring amount out and the bets have been accepted by the casino. I had made winnings till 13,000 euro.


and now they dont want to pay out, I did make withdrawals of 10 x 1000 and had a balance of 3000. But they rejected all the withdrawals and my balance disappeared.


I just don’t understand how and why.

"27.2. Bonus money: wager (wagering)

The process of wagering a bonus means placing a bet on a certain amount, previously described in the bonus conditions. Please make sure that you have read these Terms and Conditions, or if necessary, consult with the support service. Not all bets are taken into account. The bets from table games (Roulette, Sic Bo, Baccarat, Live Сasino and others), as well as from various video poker games are not taken into account.

The maximum bet amount to wager the bonus is 2 EUR. "


Are you aware of placing any greater bets than €2 while completing the bonus wagering, please? Ideally, forward your game history to petronela.k@casino.guru, please.

I think I did place bets greater than €2.

but all the bets have been accepted and so i did complete the wagering and made wins

Thank you, As999, for all the forwarded screenshots of your game history. Unfortunately, it is obvious that you breached the maximum bet rule multiple times. I understand that it would be ideal if the maximum bet rule would be enforced by the casino however, it is not standard practice yet.

If you are aware of placing higher bets than the allowed ones, sadly, there is not much we can do to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future.
