Signed up yesterday. Several of the games do not load on Safari, so I already wasn’t impressed as only certain games would work, depending on providers. I deposited the minimal amount £25, I got lucky and won £130. I decided to withdrawal £120. I got an email at 4am this morning, asking for documents, and explained in the email, once the documents have been verified the withdrawal will be processed. I was up at the time of the email sent for work, I sent in all the requirements. And thought, I’ll be able to receive my winnings now. It’s now been over 24 hours since I did a withdrawal request, and 16 hours since my documents were verified. The live chat agents are so rude, and sarcastic. And I’m told I must wait a minimum of 36 hours, before it can be reviewed , before deciding if it can be processed. I’m then told withdrawal via bank transfer can take up to 7 days. I’m not banking on receiving this withdrawal, just read up all the hundreds of other people online, who have had the same experience.. some are still waiting to be took off " pending " even three weeks later. Please guys , read the reviews online before joining to any casino. I have just got a bad feeling that I will not receive my winnings, I am contacting live chat for support, and I’m met with really sarcastic rude responses. If I ever receive my winnings form here, which is doubtful. I won’t ever deposit here again. Never. Don’t do it folks.
