I just entered back amount. This casino is ignoring my emails now. They did not resolve the issue with Playson Provider games. I received 25 free spins. First error msg was 'Connection reset'. And now all Playson games just load with a black screen display. I requested 25 free spins with a game of my choice due to all the issues. They have not since replied at all !! I won a few hundred dollars with this Provider, withdrew, now I can't even play ANY of their games !!

I also, deposit every few days to play. They could at least refund something or FIX THE PROBLEM !!

Thank you Tomas. yes I did lose some coins I accumulated during this issue. Upon logging into their app. I took screen shots of the error and its when I noticed that my coins were well below what I have had earlier. I believe it was about 10-12 coins removed. I never exchanged them. The site took them.

I have insane amount of clipart, images and videos due to my work on my computer. But at the time I did have about 18 coins and when I did a SS I noticed my coin was missing half , during the timeframe of this issue. But I am way too busy to go searching for them. I am tired of the interaction. Please close this thread Casino Guru. I am extremely thankful for your wonderful help with this issue. All is good now with Playson Games.
