Made a total deposit of 200euros but my bank account shows it has taken 280euro. Also whenever making deposit it shows its coming from 4 different merchants. For the last 2 days now it's keeps taking money out of my bank account. Spoke to live chat and they said to contact kyc email.

Has the additional amount of 80€ been credited to your casino account? Has the 80€ been deducted as one transaction or in several transactions?

The player sent us the following email:


Hi

My deposit was not a full 200euro . They were few deposits of the amount between 20 to 30 euro. I only realised that more money was taken when my bank account went Into minus balance..

Hi,


There was a 20 and another 20 euro ( total of 40) added to my bank account. Its clearly still missing 40euro.There was no money added to my casino account. The issue with unauthorised transaction has never happened to me before. With other casino website I play with, this kind of situation never happens and I had to block my bank card as I am worried that winshark casino will keep doing this.
