I have $2600 in my account first tried to withdraw a $2000 but was was told 2 days later it would be rejected once it is processed because it was over the daily limit. Instead of waiting for it to be cancel I cancelled and resubmitted a smaller amount.

I now have $250 that has been processing for 12 hours. And they have just been told they have a lot of withdrawals and all requests get processed in order.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved by the casino, still, if you don’t receive your winnings by then, please, let us know and we will try to help you.

providing an update, I received my $250 and made another withdrawal for $1000 and once approved make a final withdrawal of $1500 as their maximum withdrawal is $1500.

my $1000 withdrawal has been waiting approval for 4 days now.

Their regular withdrawal processing times are within the hour. So thinking if I just play through the rest of the balance and forego the final $1500 I might have more of a chance to get my $1000 withdrawal approved.

still taking on board waiting 14 days, I just wanted to update.

I’d like to withdraw my complaint.

I have not yet received my money however I believe it is my inexperience with a small we casino and understanding of limitations.

of course I could be wrong but I believe because the funds aren’t as large they need to manage and allocate the funds carefully which sometimes means waiting for more funds to arrive before allocation.

and being paid super quick on my first withdrawal was might have been special 1st withdrawal treatment.

so If this is the case I actually have respect for how they have chosen to manage the funds.

and I kind of understand the difficulty in communicating that to withdrawing players, however the communication could be much improved.

I could be totally wrong but that’s how I see it:
