In a short summary : I deposit with skrill , after playing for many hours decide to withdraw. A while later its returned to my balance so I figure must need to be verified. So I submit my docs and get verified. Request withdraw and same thing back to balance. This happened multiple times with support telling me some bs that my skrill wont accept payments and that I need to sort it out? My skrill accepts payments fine and had accepted two payments on that same day from other places. This goes on for over a week and eventually they say to request a bank transfer. So I do and now they keep doing the same thing putting it back to my balance and saying I am putting the info in wrong. I have got many payments from other casinos with the same bank info I am providing them. They are for sure doing this on purpose in a very scam way. Just avoid this casino.
Update: I have been paid by Winningdays via bank transfer.
I don't know why all sudden they started behaving like a legit casino , but I sent a email to them with official complaint , telling them a brief rundown of the things I experienced from the staff etc , also telling them its the worst support I have encountered in about 20 years of online activity and asking to be paid via skrill or manual bank transfer with needed info.
The next morning I have a reply with apology and the exact way to put my bank info into their form. So I request and after waiting the weekend its now in my bank.
One positive thing I can say is they have some good slot providers.
I did eventually get paid and got apology.
Was a slow mental battle to get my winnings.
