Deposited via Coinspaid BTC-AUD. Deposit was confirmed on the Blockchain 30mins after the deposit was made. This was last week. Have since enquired on chat daily, only reply I get is payment will look into it. Makes no sense anywhere else once the Blockchain shows the TXID as being fully Confirmed the money then shows up in your balance.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
Could you please forward your payment receipt along with any relevant communication to petronela.k@casino.guru? Was the e-wallet address to deposit funds to casino visible on the casino’s website for all the players or you have been provided a unique one when opening your account?

Hi I would just like to update you that WinningDays Casino has finally credited my account. However they've given me $21 AUD & currently the initial BTC deposit amount is worth $31 AUD, but nothing I can really do about it. Anyway thanks heaps for the assistance.
