The player from US has been banned from the casino. We rejected this complaint because the player's balance was paid out before the casino decided to close the account.

No they paid me had to get harsh took forever but look at how she talked to me it's because they act like winbig21 and crazy luck's not connected but they are I got proof! So that's why she banned me

Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all. I understand that the situation is not ideal, but since the casino paid out all the winnings and no funds are being held, I’m afraid, there’s not much we can do for you.
