A total pain to withdraw from this casino. I have sent all the applicable information except for a bank statement that is only posted once a month or I have to go into my bank branch and get them to print my transaction and hope it has all the information they are asking for on one piece of paper. I sent what they asked for initially and was told it wasn't good enough then told to do the latter.

My main issue is that other casinos have no issue just allowing a withdrawal without all the hoops to jump through. I sent screen shots of what they wanted it is all the same transaction but different screens that clearly show the information they want so why not use it? They have no problem taking the deposit.

Instead now i have to go to my bank stand in line and request information that these guys would already have on hand. It makes no sense except to keep you spinning. They have no problem taking the deposit, please be atleast partially as eager to payout as you are to take the deposit

I spun my winnings back in and will no longer be using you casino as there are many other casinos in the withdrawal department that are far less labor intensive and way more convenient.

Wanting me to go to my bank stand in line and get a copy of my deposit transaction from a teller is ridiculous or wait a half month for it to be digital posted. No thanks.
