I had no problem here lodged money easy , sent in all the appropriate details to withdraw and all went well within 24 hours I was verified and got my first withdrawal ( first of many I hope )

I deposit $500 and I wanted to play a certain game and I inquire about this game prior wagering with Gail and she replied Yes you can play this game well I could not play this game.
Actually with the bonus I tried almost 160 slot machine and got a message every time " OH No... you cannot wager due to the bonus.
Also if you accept the bonus you must play 50 times so $500 X 50 times = $25,000.00 and WINAWIN only allow to wager $2 maximum its imposiible to wager $25,000.00 at $2 a spin.
They do not share their chat any chats you have with WINAWIN staff if you request to have a copy of the chat it states we will send you the chat once the chat is over I have been waiting for 2 weeks.
I have not been able to find the PLAYSMART tools.
the entire time that I tied to play the game that I was told I could over and over I was never able to play.
Most of their slots are fruits or 777 very poor selection.
They also have an auto spin meaning that you set up 30 spins and it will spin 30 times I checked with the gaming commission and " auto spin" is illegal in Ontario
I played the auto spin and walk away from my computer until my $500 was at a zero balance as it is not possible to wager up to$25,000.00 at $2 a spin so you cannot win
I strongly suggest that you try other casinos as WINAWIM was a terrible experience last when I deposit $500 etransfer I had to wait 24 hours for my $500 to be applied to my account.

While on the win or lose topic WINAWIN does not disclose how long you have been playing how much you lost or won on the screen .
next time I will take my money and put it in the fireplace and watch it burn and it wont be as painful as playing on this site.

verification can be easy or hard way and theres the winawin way . yes they will delay any cagout seemingly even after you have beeen verified . live chat is completely oblivious to any procedure regarding this matter . the mist disturbing thing is being told one thing and them another for example all wonnings over the weekend will not be looked at till the ff monday as they need to be approved manually by the finance department which only operates min to fri … what the ???!!!! . yes delay tavtics to maje you access your winnngs durung yjis period .. very very unlawlful indeed
