takes way too long to verify even though I've proven my account is good. They keep sending me to bank more more and more non sense I can believe you say there good. Obviously they pay you or your same company

Secondly, please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take few working days completing this thorough procedure. If all the data is correct, there should be no reason for the casino to delay your withdrawal.

Could you please advise how many days ago you have requested your withdrawal and started the verification process? Thank you in advance for your reply.

Ya thankyou ill try to keep being patient its been 2 weeks since I first asked for the withdrawal. Since then they kept asking me to for more proof at my bank. It's just annoying cause I had to line up for so long at bank like 6times and ask them for the stuff. Then it worries my bank cause I'm sending my info to an online casino. But since almost a week I've submitted the last form hopefully and my account still just says pending
