Hello, I made a deposit of € 50 with a 200% bonus
thus get 50 + 50 + 50 = 150 €. The wagering requirements were € 10,000 (wager), which I met on 12/30/21. The maximum bet was € 2, which was not exceeded. Now I have also requested 2 withdrawals on December 30th, 21st € 1,1000 and € 2,300. Since my account was not yet verified, I did that too. Then the great wait began. On 01/08/22 I was finally able to get my verification by asking in the chat. Since then I have been waiting for my withdrawal to be processed. The status has not changed since 12/30/21. I ask for your help.

Am 08.01.22 konnte ich durch fragen im Chat endlich meine Verifizierung erhalten. Seit dem warte ich jedoch auf die Bearbeitung meiner Auszahlung. Der Status ist seit dem 30.12.21 unverändert. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
Do I understand correctly that your account has been marked as verified on the 8th of January? Also, could you please advise if this was your first withdrawal attempt?

the verification was also submitted on December 30th and then confirmed on January 8th, 2022. Yes, it is the first payout in this casino

Unfortunately I don't get any emails either. I'm usually used to the casino sending me an email that I've made a withdrawal request. Or a confirmation for my account verification. I can see it in the account but I'm a little concerned that problems have arisen. Tech support says everything is fine. I check the spam folder regularly and there is nothing. I get advertising emails that I should pay again. Very strange !!
Leider erhalte ich auch keine emails. Bin es für gewöhnlich gewohnt das mir das Casino eine Email schickt das ich einen Auszahlungsantrag gestellt habe. Bzw. Eine Bestätigung für meine Konto Verifizierung. Sehe es zwar im Konto aber mache mir etwas Sorgen das es da zu Problemen gekommen ist. Der technische Support meint es wäre alles In Ordnung. Spam Ordner kontrolliere ich regelmäßig da ist nichts. Werbe Emails bekomme ich das ich doch wieder Einzahlen soll. Sehr Merkwürdig !!
I think we don't have to let another 2nd days pass in which nothing happens anyway. I have now waited 20 days after the withdrawal request (where there was enough time, i.e. enough working days) and my withdrawal can still be cancelled. For me that means that nobody has even looked at it or initiated something.
Ich denke wir müssen keine weiteren 2. Tage verstreichen lassen in denen sowieso nichts passiert. Ich habe nun 20 Tage nach Auszahlungsantrag (wo genug Zeit bestand sprich genug Werktage) gewartet und meine Auszahlung ist noch stornierbar. Das heißt für mich es hat sich nicht mal jemand angesehen bzw. Etwas in die Wege geleitet.

I've been waiting for more than 3 weeks now, I think it's a pity that this is taking so long, especially since it's only been so long since the first payment has been processed. I'm afraid I'll have to wait a long time for the second one.
