I played at Wild Pharao about a month ago and won 3700 euros. I then paid them out piece by piece, first 3x 1000 then 1x 700. The first 2000 went into my account and so did the last 700. Two weeks ago there were apparently problems with Wild Pharao, which meant that 1000 euros were not transferred (after that I got the 700). When asked, I was told it was the fault of the casino and the money would come that week. That was 2 weeks ago. In the live chat I am referred to the finance department where I have now written 5 emails but have not received an answer. It's just weird that I got the last payout but not the penultimate one yet. Apparently there was a mistake at Wild Pharao, but I've been waiting for the money for 2 weeks and it should have come already.

ich habe vor ca. einem Monat bei Wild Pharao gespielt und 3700 Euro gewonnen. Die habe ich dann Stückweise ausgezahlt erst 3x 1000 dann 1x 700 . Die ersten 2000 sind auf meinem Konto eingegangen und die letzten 700 auch. Vor 2 Wochen gab es anscheinend Probleme bei Wild Pharao wodurch 1000 Euro nicht überwiesen wurden ( danach habe ich ja noch die 700 bekommen ). Auf Nachfrage wurde mir gesagt es sei der Fehler von dem Casino und das Geld würde die Woche kommen. Das war vor 2 Wochen. Im live Chat werde ich auf die Finanzabteilung verwiesen wo ich mittlerweile 5 Mails hingeschrieben habe aber keine Antwort bekomme. Es ist halt komisch das ich die letzte Auszahlung bekommen habe aber die vorletzte noch nicht. Da gab es anscheinend einen Fehler bei Wild Pharao aber mittlerweile warte ich seit 2 Wochen auf das Geld und es hätte angeblich schon kommen sollen.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

yes the payout is in the casino as processed. I paid out via bank transfer.
I also did KYC verification.
As I said, I got the last payout that I made after that, but not the penultimate one.

KYC-Verifizierung habe ich auch gemacht.
