Hi,


2 months ago i win 2000 dollars ( 10000 Ron) on this platform and nobody from their payments department is answering. I think I sent 40 emails to try to get an answer but nobody has replied back.

i tried to talk with the person how’s answering the chat but everyone says that they don’t know nothing and don’t have access and they redirected me to the same address that I sent already 40 emails.


  • I deposit my on money and I don’t win from their bonuses ( in case I will ask me, I look before I withdraw and they approved the withdrawals)
  • my account is verified and everything it was approved.
  • I deposit money into the account and the money that I have to receive is just the money I deposited. It’s not even a wining money it’s just my money.
  • I tried to ask them for my money but the person in the chat said that’s "blackmail " because I tell them I will write here, then they blocked my account.


I never had been put in a situation like this in my entire life and I just want my money and nothing else.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues.

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.

thank you for responding me and thank you for trying to help me.

I don’t have any screenshots from my account because they blocked it after I said to them that I’m going to do everything I can to get my money back. I dont use any bad words or something and the man who was working on chatting said that "blackmail is not welcome here" and closed my account.

I just said that I want my rights and it’s not fair because I think it’s a scam, and from that moment I don’t have any access to my account.

I still receive emails from them with offers… I never seen anything like this in my life

This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Wild Pharao Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Wild Pharao Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
