Since the casino hasn't reacted to this complaint, we were unable to continue resolving it and were forced to close it with an "unresolved" status.

I'm really sad that i have to reach out to third party sites to fix this issue, but the problem is that i havent receive my payment after 13 days so far.

I've been told that i'm allowed to withdraw and play on the site and the order is processed as stated in my history, but i never have received the money.

I really want to ask their payment team what happend but i havent heared anything ever since i emailed the support. Also the customer support was nice, but never could help and push me through the payment team and kept telling me they couldnt do anything for me. So yea basicly i went from a wall to a wall..


I've did my KYC and i waited 13 days. Idk what to do anymore i'm sp

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Could you please advise if it was your first withdrawal in this casino? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Yes this was my first withdrawal and i truly still believe that they still will be sending it, but i get a bit anxious if it takes this long never had it with any other casino so thats why. No i did not use any bonuses i avoid those at all cost! It is 14 days as of today 🙂. You can put this case on hold if you want, because i want to give them some more room if you say it takes a little bit more time then this and yes i readed that processed doesnt mean its completed which is my understanding. The problem is that their payment mail doesnt response sadly thats why i have to reach out to other parties such as you guys..

Update; still havent received anything 🙁. Payment Support havent reacted aswell. I dont think i will see my money at all. I have been waiting since may 19th.

Update; still nothing received. And no response from the payment team..

Edit; i tried with the live chat team and told me that they would check on the bank and see where my money went and contact me afterwards. Waiting for that mail.

Btw i waited from 19th may and the email stated 2-3 business days. I've read that it can take up to 5 weeks with people. So i'm suggesting to give it another week so till the 17th of this month. If i still didn't receive anything can we please try to contact them. I really want to believe in this casino tbf, because they do have great deals and good RTP the payout is just a bit heavy and long. I've never had anything from them before yet so i wonder if that makes a difference too.

I wish it would be different. Christina from the casino did try to help me, but the payments team just doesn't react to me or update me in any way.. So it's basicly a dead end.


It does say processed and OK, but i have legit never received it. I can show bank statements or anything they need.

Just a update; yesterday i asked Christina again if she could help me out (since it was 5 days and no reaction, could be because they are super busy and the weekend was also in between it) and she did resended a mail again to the payments team. But still no reaction to me and still nothing received 😕 sorry if im spamming im just trying to write my whole experience.

We would like to ask the WIld Pharao Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 more days. Unfortunately, if the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

I'm sorry but since we haven't received any reply from the Wild Pharao Casino, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved" because it's not possible to continue investigating the case without the casino's reaction.

My apologies for not being of more help, but at least the unresolved complaint will make a negative impact on the casino's rating and other players can learn about your negative experience in our review.
