Hello,


I have requested a withdrawal via e-transfer of $1000 (says Euro but I am in fact in Canada) on April 27 and I do not believe it has even been accepted as I still have the option to cancel it. Live chat won't help and I have emailed the email they advised over a week ago with no response as well I have emailed the other 2 emails I found on their website also with no response. Can you please help me retrieve my money. My account is fully verified.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Could you please advise if it was your first withdrawal in this casino? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

It has now been over 3 weeks since my withdrawal was processed and now no responses from Wild Pharao. I still have not received my funds. This is absurd, they should be more transparent about withdrawal times on their website otherwise I would not have wasted my money here. I need this money now.

My apologies for not being able to I help you more with this, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
