after the bonus was wagered I paid out €550. In the live chat I only get the statement that they have nothing to do with it. To date I have not received a reply to my emails.
nachdem der Bonus umgesetzt war habe ich 550€ ausgezahlt. Bekomme im Live Chat immer nur die Aussage das die damit nichts zutun haben. Auf meine Emails habe ich bis heute keine Antwort bekommen.

When I asked what the status was, I was told 3-5 working days. I got this answer on 07/13/2022! Since then, only those in the live chat can't see anything else like me and I should report by email. Have now written 8 emails so far no answer.
