I then asked that my winnings should be paid out to me, after all I invested and won. Then I was informed that it would be passed on to the affected department and that they would then contact me. However, I have not received any further emails to this day and my account is still blocked.

In general, some exceptions might be allowed by casinos when depositing funds from a joint card. Would you be able to prove that you are a legitimate owner of the payment method?
