Dear Michal, 

We are writing to respond to the player's complaint regarding the deactivation of their Wikibet's account.

  After a thorough investigation, we have determined that the account was deactivated due to a breach of Wikibet's Terms and Conditions, specifically section #5

  "If a player is found to have placed repeat bets in an attempt to bypass betting limits, any winnings from such bets will not be honored."

Our QA Department and internal team have confirmed that the player placed repeated bets to circumvent betting limits and subsequently won a significant amount of money. Given the clear violation of our terms and conditions, the management's decision to deactivate the account was final.

 We have also been in direct communication with the player to explain the nature of the violation and the reasons for the account deactivation.
