I’m really frustrated with Wazamba Casino right now. I made a withdrawal request on 16/08/2024, and I still haven’t received my money. I’ve tried contacting their support, but I’m getting nowhere with them—no clear answers, no timeline, nothing.


This whole experience has been really disappointing, especially since I thought Wazamba was a reliable place to play. Can you help me out with this? I’m not sure what else to do at this point, and I’d appreciate any advice or support you can give.

They say that I don’t have do any KYC verification and yes I had some withdrawals also delayed but now it’s almost 2 weeks. I don’t usually use bonus money to play. I was playing without bonus. Every five hours I speak with support team but they say
