The casino kept the entire winning amount and zeroed out the balance.

I registered at the casino and deposited 20€ using the welcome bonus and the 200 free spins credited per 20 per day for 10 days.

I read the terms very carefully, as I do with every new casino I sign up for, there was no term or condition about a max win or anything.

I managed to win €210.95 euros which was locked until the x40 spin was completed, meaning I would have to spin €8,438!!!

Not to mention, to my great surprise and after many hours of playing I managed to complete the turnover!
The total withdrawal amount I had in my balance was €1,955.58.

I went to make a withdrawal and saw that the daily max amount is €500, so I proceeded with the first withdrawal of the first €500.

One day later when I logged in to make the second withdrawal I saw my balance was ZERO, and the first withdrawal was cancelled as well!

Fortunately, I was proactive and took some screenshots from my balance as well as from games.

To my surprise today when I went into the Pragmatic game history I played the game history is EMPTY!!! Which they apparently did so that there would be no evidence left. This happened one day after my win.

Also something else they did but I don't even care about, I'm just mentioning it, is that they also cancelled the remaining 20 free spins per day. They must have shadow-banned the account.

It's been a long time since I've seen such shady practices.

Every time I chatted with the casino they say the paid out the amount they needed pay, that's very funny to me because that amount is absolute ZERO.

Casinoguru helped somewhat and I did manage to get 1.450,75€ instead of 1.955,58€, so in the end of the day the stole 505€.

The whole process took ALMOST 3 MONTHS, I know most people would just give up.

If you hapen to win you have to be patient and persistent and hope you get some of your winnings back, you need to have patience and time to prove they are 100% scammers.

I will continue to discredit this casino wherever I can, so far I protected many new players from joining.

TL,DR: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM if you want your money.

Wazamba is really disappointing. The platform is often buggy and the games do not work properly. Withdrawal processing times are extremely long and customer support is slow to respond. In addition, the promotions are misleading and do not live up to expectations. In summary, I do not recommend Wazamba.

I am based in Greece, just using VPN to write this review since your site has been blacklisted here. Also, I have to say that I am a casino player and official reviewer on an affiliate gambling site that has previously reviewed Wazamba, so I know what I am talking about here.

I have been a user at Wazamba for over a year. The casino is decent overall, though they always push the boundaries when it comes to payouts.

I have withdrawn funds several times at their casino, and their max limit for withdrawals is $500 a day. Their terms state up to 72 hours to approve internally, they never approve sooner than that and almost always take extra days.

To give you a rough idea, If someone won $3000, it would take over a month to get all the money out. That's most likely their strategy to make you play back all funds.

In june 2024, I won 500 and I am currently waiting 4 days to get it approved. Contacted their team and they copied/pasted the usual text saying we take this long to approve payouts, which they fail to meet. Doesn't really feel that's a trustworthy casino.

I see your rating of Wazamba is 9.7. Not too sure why your team doesn't take into account user reviews to adjust it. These guys should get blacklisted based on their unethical practices

The RTP on this site feels like it has been altered or changed, i've played many of the games and they don't pay much out at all and when I've played the same games on other sites, they behave differently.

Do not have any trust in them. They attempted to steal 6.3k from me from 2 of their casinos (Quickwin and Wazamba) for a reason that had absolutely no validity about verification which they had never requested. After a lot of effort and with the help of Casinoguru I got my money back but I had already lost it gambling because I was trying to win it back after they were withholding it. Quickwin had reopened my account after they saw they had no valid reasons and I pursued it with a lawyer and wazamba reopened with the help of casinoguru. They also dropped the RTP in their slots in all of their casinos (you can go and check it and always keep an eye for that). THey returned my money but don't get it wrong. Not a particularly good experience. I had to wait 20 hours for my first deposit to be credited. In customer support I was told that it was the payment provider, but that wasn't a particularly nice start. After the money came everything was fine and I had fun playing games.
