The player from Canada had his winnings cancelled as the deposit hasn’t been allegedly received by the casino. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
So I deposited money on this casino and played on November 23 rd I won 26 grand and on 24rd and won another 20 grand and all together I won 46 grand and I withdrawed it and it didn’t show up back in my account and now there telling me I haven’t deposited any money when I have prove from my bank showing I did. -and the winnings .. so I haven’t revived my money and they wont give me an answer .
