Hello. I have a problem. I play on the Casino Wazamba. It was all alright but now they do complicate with my Withdrawal. I have made a Withdrawal on 13.2. 2000€ and i havent become them yet on my account. But all Withdrawal that i have made before and after 13.2. i have become. Now they do complicate because the Verification. I have sent all document more times and they were saying its ok and now always is something again with the documents. I wait for so long my Withdrawal. I know there are rules by the Casino( terms and conditions say 3-5working days for Withdrawal) i understand but now they do everytime saying that it takes time over and over and make excuses. I want too that they understand i have enough with excuses. I hope you can help that i finally become my Withdrawal. And when i become it then when they again need something is for me no problem i will send all that they need but until i dont become my Withdrawal i wont play.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.
