Hello I m having issues in withdrawing my winnings from wazamba I contacted live chat and support numerous times with no luck all my withdraw requests were pending for days and eventually got cancelled I don't seem to find any solution on the matter no matter how many times I contacted them I would really appreciate your assistance to receive my earnings.

The account is not verified as in my verification it says it does not require verification the money was collected without bonus I have not yet found out the reason why I can not withdraw my money all they tell me is that their finance department will process it. I had done some request which were canceled after 6-7 days of waiting. In the live chat I keep getting the same answers without any solution.
