I deposited €50 because of the welcome bonus. As soon as the money left my bank account, the page "crashed". I waited in the chat for almost two hours after the deposit, but no one answered. I continued queuing now the next day, but still no one answers. I also already sent them an email with the receipt of the payment transaction as an attachment. Nobody answers. I want my money back asap!
