While the casino initially responded with reasons for delays, they eventually stopped responding. After our intervention, we were able to help the player to get their winnings. The player confirmed they received the funds in the end. The Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.

Hello, wagonbet is delaying its withdraws it seems. I requested a withdraw 20.07, which is 15days ago, but it is still "in process". My account is fully verified. Also haven't used any bonuses. At first few days they responded and made up excuses for delays, but last 6days they don't even answer to emails. As i can see others have similar complaints as of recent. Hope you guys can help.

I forwarded communication with them to your email. It now has been 3weeks since withdraw request. Last 2weeks they don't even bother to reply anymore.

It has been more than 3weeks, on day 1 you said withdraw time is max 24h. Now it has been 528hours already. Why would i now start believing that " request will be processed very soon." That is just ridiculous.

Yes, finally transfer was made today. I hope Wagonbet won't be getting any positive score from Casinoguru. The whole communication with them was such an headache, no information, only excuses and holding funds for more than a month. I woudn't even score 1 for them. Sooner or later they won't pay out anymore to customers. Only as long as new customers bring in funds are they able to pay out old customers.
