Hello, wagerinox hasn’t worked for the last 7 months the chat and live casino area. I deposited 7 months ago and money didn’t go in account. I have the bitcoin receipt for the deposit. Iv been waiting going back into the website to see if there chat is on or not and it hasn’t been active. Than all the sudden today the casino website just isn’t working no more. I think they closed down but I still deposited 70$ 80$. What do I do now?

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

Could you please advise if the e-wallet address to deposit funds into your account was visible on the casino’s website for all the players or if you were provided a unique one when opening the account?

  • Was it your first deposit in this casino?
  • Could you please forward a full Transaction hash and the name of the Network?


Nevertheless, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about Wagerinox Casino. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues. 

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your deposited funds will be returned eventually.
