Its been 4 days sinced they deducted my balance but nothing comes to my bank account. Based on the t&c, they will only deduct the balance if the withdrawal is completed. They always say wait for 24 hrs but nothing happened.

I did received payouts from them using skrill. It usually takes 2-5 days only. But I never experienced them already deducting the withdrawal amount in my balance for 4 days while the status is still incomplete.
I understand your surprise, but the fact it's the two different payment methods, the transaction might be processed differently.
I'll set the timer for 7 days allowing the time for the transaction to be processed completely and if the money doesn't reach you after this time, we'll intervene.
