Good Evening. My withdrawal request was made in 16/02/2022 and because I need the money ASAP to pay my rents, I sent an e-mail to them and they told me to wait until 22/02/2022 maximum. Money disappeared from my casino account but never transferred to my credit card (request says is in progress). I asked them to cancel my request and let me to re-do it with "neteller" method this time (BECAUSE IT DOESN'T EVEN LET ME CANCEL IT ANYMORE, Doesn't have the X option) and they do not answer... help me please?

Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for to receive your winnings?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.
