After positive confirmation about KYC verification. I do withdraw 50Euro (244.01RON) from my account Vulkanvegas at 05.03.2021 hour: 20:13. Now money 244.01missing from my account Vulkanvegas, but i don't recive nothing in my bank account. I pay with the same method and my money going very fast, and now i waiting 9 day's and nothings. Should be no more then 2 days. I do just one account. I will going more up for my right.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Could you please advise if you have received any tracking number for the payment from the casino? Was it your first withdrawal from this casino? Which payment method you have opted for?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal or you’re withdrawing a bigger amount of money. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.
