Hello,

i played live Games every win under 50 Euro I was granted but over 50 not this happend 3 times in one evening two times 60 Euro 1 time 208. I opened tickets the live support from the game saw the problems and gave the information Vulkan. Stupidly because of good experience with Vulkan two days later bevor the tickets where closed I deposited again and won 450 Euro and again I the win was not granted another ticket was opend. Now the told me there wehre no winnings in the rounds but gave me back my bet what doesn’t makes sense why give me back the bet if I lost. I have a screen shot from the 450 win
