account blocked and i dont know the reason first iam having a problem withdrawing 110 usd because of the proof of address not more than 3 months i already explain to them that i move a lot and i only rent places and i dont have a bank its hard for me to send them any proof so i just gave them my license and a food delivery then after that i got an email that iam verified then i continue withdrawing my 110 usd.. after a few hours my account got blocked

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures.
