Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and forwarding your payment receipt. I’m sorry to hear about the issue.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

Could you please advise if you contacted your payment provider already? Ideally, they should be part of the investigation.

Apologies you'd faced issues with the payment. It took some time our payment provider to confirm the transaction amounting 500 euros was successful.


I am happy to inform the money is now on your balance.

As an apology, please accept a 100euro bonus, that has already been credited onto your account.


P.s. If you are sure the transaction of 50 euros was supposed to be successful as well, please kindly provide a proof from your bank (like the above one) to our live support.
