Have you tried to communicate this issue with the casino directly? Please understand that the misplaced deposit wasn't caused by the casino, therefore, not their fault if the bonus offer has expired in the meantime. How would you like to proceed with the deposited funds? Would you like to activate an alternative bonus offer or play them without any bonuses?

The deposit is made correctly. The money immediately disappeared from my account at Skrill.

I wrote a live chat several times. Even before the bonus has expired. I was assured that their colleagues from the relevant department are working on the case and the deposit will be credited to my balance as soon as possible.

I also sent them an email with all the screenshots. 5 days have passed since then, but there is no answer from the casino.

The deposit was credited to my balance the next day when the bonus had already expired.

The funds in question have already been played. I want to get my bonus. However, because of the bonus I made this deposit.

Please understand, djidja83, bonus can't be added to your account if the funds have been played already. The casino is not responsible for a misplaced deposit hence we can't punish them.

I didn't know that the deposit had to be available to receive the bonus. At efbet casino I receive a bonus message, accept, make a deposit and play it. After a few minutes, or a few hours sometimes, I get the bonus.
