Hi, so i have problem.

Vulkan vegas blocked my account because i was ussing vpn.

The thing is that why they didnt inform me that its not aloud to use vpn before i made a lot of deposit. They let you deposit more and play, but when i wanted to withdrawal my funds (700 euro) sodenly my account is blocked.

I would like to get my money back what i deposit there. In two days i deposit 700 euro, and i had winnings 700 euro what i try to withdrawal before mu account was blocked.

Can you help me?

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about your problem.

I have checked the general terms and conditions of Vulkan Vegas Casino, and this is what I found:

12.7. Masking IP or location is not allowed and we reserve the right to close any accounts and void any bets, bonus and winnings if the account was created or used through the use of IP or geolocation masking technologies including but not limited to VPN and Proxy Servers.

The problem with using the VPN is that you might be involuntarily connected to another IP address that is related to a different casino account in the same gambling establishment, hence, it seems as if you created multiple accounts from one IP address. Or, on the other hand, a player might be using VPN to hide that they’re accessing the casino’s website from a restricted jurisdiction.

Could you please confirm if you passed the KYC verification?

How long have you been playing in this casino?

Have you used VPN only during registration or have you used it while playing as well?

Hi, thanks for answering.

Yes i passed KYC veryfication. Ive been playing there many years. A lot of deposits and a lot of withdrawals. There wasnt any problems before. I dont remeber but i think about 3-4 years playing vulkan vegas.

VPN i was using only because sometimes this casino site lagging. Like really bad lagging. For example spin goes like 10 seconds or sometimes it even drop me out of the game.

The point of all of this, its not right to let you deposit if casino any ways will block your account. If i would know that i cant use vpn or i will be block i woudnt play there. Or i wouldnt use vpn.

And thoes last two days when i deposit 700 euros i didnt use any vpn.
