Greetings! I signed up for Vulkan Vegas several months ago... Because I had several profiles, all my funds were taken away (€500+), unfortunately I didn't read their rules. The condition to keep 1 profile is withdrawal of money. I agreed and continued playing on one profile. Sometimes I won-sometimes I lost... I noticed months ago that they no longer give me bonuses... Sometimes they gave a weekend bonus... That's why I played several times without bonuses... I pay with an Aircash prepaid card and it has paid me... But now that I have some small winnings, they blocked me with the reason that a third party is not allowed to play in my profile (which third party) The profile is the same from the beginning...

If you read all the messages... You would notice that the disputed amount has been corrected to €70... I am the only one playing on the account... I am transferring from my prepaid card... (aircash) I also have a mastercard and a credit card... Everyone the rest of the data on the account remained from the time you blocked my account for the first time, because I should have played alone... That's when you took my money and since then all the data has remained the same... At the first block, I play alone and also I transfer only from my bank cards... I kept this profile at that time and you allowed me to have one... I play in several Casinos and in terms of money I can normally enter the wrong amount by mistake.. Yes... I can explain... Before you blocked me for the first time, I also had my wife's information on my profile, because I couldn't delete it myself after the first block... Or I don't know them... you allowed me to use such a profile and I use this one... But I always play alone... When I first started playing, I didn't read the rules... Because I didn't imagine... Please understand that when playing in online casinos, you should always play under your name, using only payment methods that are under your name.

Breaching these rules will cause you issues in all online casinos.
