The player from Poland had their account blocked and 1,200 euros confiscated for an unsubstantiated reason. The casino claimed the player violated bonus terms by postponing game rounds, which is prohibited. The player stated he played normally and had already met the bonus wagering requirements. After reviewing the evidence provided by the casino, we concluded that the player breached the terms and conditions. The complaint was therefore rejected as unjustified.

My account was blocked and funds taken away for a made up reason, this is not the first problem I have had with this casino. There were more than 1200 euros in the account. Please help

  • How did you learn about your account being blocked? What was the reason given by the casino?
  • What games did you play to accumulate your current balance in the casino? (slots, live games, betting on sports) 
  • Did you achieve your current balance with the help of a bonus?

Hello,

The account is permanently blocked due to violation of bonus T&Cs:

"It is strictly forbidden to abuse any game rounds by their postponement, including free spins or bonus games while playing with bonus money. Any postponed games, bonuses and/or free games lead to the cancellation of winnings and confiscation of the player’s balance."

I have been playing here for about a month, and they blocked my account yesterday. I got an email from them that the account has been blocked permanently and they are taking my funds. They wrote that I violated the rules even though I played all the time normally, they wrote me like this: It is strictly forbidden to abuse any game rounds by their postponement, including free spins or bonus games while playing with bonus money. Any postponed games, bonuses and/or free games lead to the cancellation of winnings and confiscation of the player’s balance.

I played with the help of a bonus which they make available on social media, but this amount had already been turned over and was for withdrawal which I ordered but did not come through the blockade

We reviewed the evidence and concluded it proves you used an unfair practice to accumulate winnings. We therefore consider the casino's actions to close the account and confiscate funds as justified.
