Hello,

I've got find out that I've got duplicate account on Vulkan Vegas .Both of them are not verified .But I don't understand why do they let you open an another account if they so strict about the rules ? Now Ive an issue to get winnings .They will not pay it ! Im really really upset ..

ps I let them know about the situation andd waiting the decision ..

Thank you for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

Please understand, that it is strictly forbidden, in the majority of the casinos, to have more than one account. As you admitted, you have opened more than one account from the same IP address. We always recommend reactivating the old account instead of creating a new one to avoid any misunderstanding. Could you please advise what was the reason to open a brand new account? Have you redeemed any bonuses in any of your accounts? Were those accounts active simultaneously?

Thank you for the quick reply .I checked my accounts .I used both of them and I think I got bonus aswell .

Please close my both accounts and send me a confirmation email . ( I'll send you my ID nr for both privately , is it ok ?)

And the casino doesnt let people to open another account with same IP address or they should warn them when they try to .
