The player's winnings were voided for breaching bonus terms. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
I deposited €20 at Viggo Slots with a 100% bonus.
I didn't start playing with the bonus and only used my €20.
With the €20 I won at Wanted Dead or a Wild and got €78.
I wanted to pay this out and got this email (attached).
It says that my winnings have been forfeited because I supposedly played slots that are not allowed with bonus credit.
However, NOWHERE on the viggo slots website is it written that you are not allowed to play these slots, let alone any indication that they are.
So I could never have known!
Please help me with this injustice.
