I have won 46 euros, but have not been paid the amount at the moment. They seem to delay a lot on purpose, as such I am put restriction on deposit and playing until they pay out the amount. The site seems like a proper scam and they say they changed ownership recently.

I have sent all requested documents. For the document of proof of residence I have sent tax returns from last calendar year as I dont currently have a utility bill to my name, this should be sufficient. This site is potentially a scam as I have currently sent all requested documents and they cancelled my withdrawal just to save more time.
