I deposit 500€ on Friday 24 May via bank transfer the money has left my account but not approved to my casino account I made contact to the live support team and send them the transaction details they said to me wait until 72h I waited today Monday 27th May I contacted the live chat support team about asking my deposit money 500€ they told me we wil forwarded your case to the financial department and its gonna take a few hours until a few days . This is disgusting I want my money back refunded to my account they let me wait for nothing the maximum time is reached which was 72h withing I am not gonna wait anymore I want my money back

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate but bear in mind that it’s a complicated process that might take approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied. I would also strongly recommend against depositing any more funds until the issue is resolved.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it will take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.
